1. Shipping Policy

Key Note: Be honest about delivery times. If you are dropshipping from China, don't claim it takes 2 days.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days (adjust this if selling locally in Pakistan via COD).

• Tracking: All customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.

2. Refund & Return Policy

• Window: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Damages: if your Crystal Ball Lamp or Toothbrush arrives damaged, please send a photo/video to 03186410260 within 24 hours for a free replacement.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
