Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over 5,000 PKR this month!

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 Business Days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–7 Business Days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local courier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Havenly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Havenly is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged (e.g., a cracked Crystal Ball Lamp), please contact our support team immediately.

  • Action Required: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure you provide the correct details at checkout.
